How the challenge works: 

The ©️Strong & Cyclical Method: ‘My First Pull Up or My First Ten’ Challenge will be starting very soon during Spring 2024! You will have 8 consecutive weeks with 3 challenge workouts a week to develop and strengthen your pull up.  There are two challenge levels you can enter in as; either ‘My First Pull-Up’ or ‘My First Ten’ depending on your personal goal for this challenge!

Throughout this challenge you will be completing 3 challenge workouts that I, Coach Cass, have specifically designed to help you master your pull up. Throughout this challenge you will also be receiving additional tips and insights on how to master your pull up, the menstrual cycle, general women’s health and more! Once you sign up with your email below you will be receiving an email with additional details and starting tasks needed to be completed and understood before the start of the challenge.

You will be getting weekly tips and workouts delivered straight to your inbox for your convenience. Once the challenge begins simply download your week’s challenge workout sheet based on what challenge level you enter in as and then get to it! Each weekly workout will have a ‘Cycle Adjustment Scale’ for you to simply choose your workout intensity based on where you are at in your menstrual cycle. This makes it super convenient for you to adapt your challenge workouts based on your body’s current (& actual) needs.

Equipment Needed:

Throughout this challenge you will absolutely need a pull up bar or some place to perform pull ups (tree branches work — :))!  You will need some minimal equipment such as dumbbells, and large bands (for progressions).  Ideally you will have access to a gym space that provides a cable machine with a lat pull down set up and an adjustable cable set up. Having access to a squat rack or smith machine will be useful, however all you have to do is get a little scrappy and you can do this challenge with pretty much whatever you’ve got!
