3 Steps to manifesting your health and wellness goals

One of my favorite techniques to actively manifest health and wellness goals is through Gratitude Journaling. This is a form of manifesting what is yours now and what will be yours in the future through gratitude. Actively writing down what you are thankful for in the present and in the future will increase the positive energy you are sending out into the universe. Therefore you will be a source of gravity. You know, that person everyone and everything seems to be drawn to. There are three simple steps to starting your gratitude journal that I will share with you. Before jumping in, I encourage you to pick a time, place, and a journal that you would like to start with. As a simple guideline I typically write down three to five gratitude statements for things I have right now. Then I move on to my future gratitude statements, which I write two or three depending on what my current goals are. Doing this on a daily basis will bring light and happiness into your life, with a gratitude mindset life really can be magical. 

Three Simple Steps:

  1. The first step is to identify your goal. Ask yourself “what is it that I ultimately want and how can my health impact that?” Once you have thought about what you want and how your health plays a part you can write your goals down in a clear and precise statement.Ex: I want to feel happy and enjoy all physical activity, my health impacts me feeling happy because I feel like I am unable to enjoy certain activities requiring a mobile body.
  2. The second step is to break down how you would feel when you reach your goal. What are you thinking, how does your body feel, what has changed in your life?
  3. Third, write down your manifestation of receiving and achieving your goal. Write your gratitude statement that expresses that gratitude for what is to come. 

Start simple and stick with it. Always remember; thoughts become feelings, feelings become actions, and actions become YOU. Keep in mind who you are and who you want to be.
