Just Take A Break

Just like many people all around the world, I have experienced a few setbacks these past few months. My motivation disappeared into the daunting quarantine, as did a few key habits I strive to maintain in my livelihood. But I have to say overall the inability to go to the gym, see friends, work, and freely step out into the world has been hugely beneficial. Being forced to just take a break from this hectically busy and over stimulated life was just what I needed. The feeling of always having to be somewhere or do something just disappeared and allowed for my mind to open to the simplicities of life as well as the benefits of just pure rest. Rest from work, friends, social media, and physical rest.

Practice destimulation, specifically removing stimuli from every minute of your life. Just take a break, allow your mind to clear out unwanted or unnecessary thoughts and images. Create space for your mental, emotional, financial, physical, and spiritual health. Bring your life back to a clear and simple focus and what truly makes you happy and love being alive. After all isn’t that the point of life ? — to absolutely LOVE it.

Challenge yourself to love live, if your don’t already have that mindset I encourage you to shift your mindset one day and act at a time. Catch your negative thoughts and just throw them away, create space for positive and loving thoughts to take their space in your life.

Show yourself love, show your life love, show your relationships with the universe love.
